Milkmaide 200 gms
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Paneer 250 gms
Cardamom Crushed Powder 3-4 nos
Pistachios-blanched and roughly chopped(optional) 2-3 nos
Mash paneer coarsely and mix milk powder and milkmaid.
Heat the mixture in a heavy bottom pan.cook on medium heat stirring constantly till it comes to a boil,cook till the mixture starta leaves the sides of the pan.
Remove from the heat and spread onto a greased tray.
Sprinkle elaichi powder and top with pista.
Cool and cut in to squars.
