Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milkmaide 200 gms

  • Milk Powder 1 tbsp

  • Paneer 250 gms

  • Cardamom Crushed Powder 3-4 nos

  • Pistachios-blanched and roughly chopped(optional) 2-3 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Mash paneer coarsely and mix milk powder and milkmaid.

  • 02

    Heat the mixture in a heavy bottom pan.cook on medium heat stirring constantly till it comes to a boil,cook till the mixture starta leaves the sides of the pan.

    Remove from the heat and spread onto a greased tray.

  • 04

    Sprinkle elaichi powder and top with pista.

  • 05

    Cool and cut in to squars.
