Ingredients

  • 200 gms milkmaide


  • 1 tbsp milk powder


  • 250 gms paneer


  • 3-4 nos cardamom crushed powder


  • 2-3 nos pistachios-blanched and roughly chopped(optional)

Directions

  • Mash paneer coarsely and mix milk powder and milkmaid.
  • Heat the mixture in a heavy bottom pan.cook on medium heat stirring constantly till it comes to a boil,cook till the mixture starta leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from the heat and spread onto a greased tray.
  • Sprinkle elaichi powder and top with pista.
  • Cool and cut in to squars.
