Put guava juice, chilli flakes, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Then heat charcoal till red at the edges and layers of white ash forms.
Then put few drops of ghee and put cloves on coal and cover with a bowl for 3-4 minutes.
Then immediately pour juice into the smoked bowl and cover with a lid for 4-5 minutes.
Desi smoked masala is ready serve chilled with mint leaves and dry chilli.
