Blend the mint leaves in a blender with around 1/4 cup of water till it is of smooth consistency.
In a bowl combine mint puree,sugar,lemon juice,ginger juice ,salt and chaat masala. Mix it nicely.
Take 2 glasses and pour the concentrate prepared in step 2 in both the glasses.Then add chilled soda and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges and serve.If you want you can add some ice cubes also.Enjoy !!
