Ingredients

  • 1 nos china grass packet


  • 1 nos mango falooda mix packet


  • 1 nos jelly packet


  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups chopped dry fruits

Directions

  • Mango pudding, an eggless mango dessert recipe made with mango puree, agar agar or china grass, milk & sugar. But here I have used mango falooda mix instaead of mango puree .The results you can see in the pic itself.Its just amazing.
  • Grind china grass in a mixer ..Take a non stick pan and mix china grass with 1 cup water..
  • In another pan keep milk for boiling after 1 boil lower the flame add sugar and falooda and let it boil on low flame for atleast 15_20.
  • On the other hand keep china grass and cook till you get a thick paste .Off the flame ..
  • Now add the china grass paste to the falooda milk and boil .
  • Pour in a setting bowl and let it cool at room temperature for about 40_45 mins or till done
  • Now unmould the bowl in a plate..Decorate as per your choice.
  • I have used jelly hearts to decorate.Jelly to be prepared as per the instructions given on the packet.
  • Keep it in fridge and serve chilled.
