Cookies(10-15) 200 gms
Cheese Cream 100 gms
Whipe Cream 50 gms
Butter 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Lemon Zest 2 tsp
Pineapple crushed 2 tbsp
Fresh Pineapple 2 tbsp
Milkmaid 2 tbsp
Directions
Crush biscuits and melted butter to mix it then set biscuits leyer in cake tin.
Beat cheese cream till them smoth consistency then add whip cream,lemon juice,lemon zest, milkmaid then beat 1minutes again and add fresh pineapple in last and mix it,set cheese cream layer set it.
Take a pan add pineapple crush and water boil in 2 minutes and pour pineapple crush top on cheesecake.
Serve chill.
