  • ALL INGREDIENTS BADAM,MILK POWDER,SUGER,WATER,GULKAND,KHOYA,SOFT METHI SUPARI collect
  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS OF THE FILLING.
  • FOR THE BADAM CONE REMOVE SKIN OF BADAM,DISCARD SKIN BY MICRO 1MINUTES THAN SOKE MOISTURE.
  • SO THAT GRIND BADAM AND MAKE A VERY FINE POWDER A VERY FINE POWDER IN AN ABSOLUTELY DRY GRADER
  • IN A NON STICK PAN PUT SUGER & WATER AND STIR FREQUENTLY TILL SUGER DISSOLVES COOK ON LOW HEAT WITH 3-4 MINUTES
  • TO GET A ONE THREAD CONSISTENCY SYRUP
  • MIX WELL KEEP STIRRING FOR ABOUT 2-3 MINUTES
  • THE MIXTURE LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN AS YOU KEEP STIRRING AND STARTS COLLECTING LIKE A BALL IN THE PAN. LET IT COOL 5 MINUTES
  • BADAM DOUGH ROLLS OUT ONE BALL ON A PLASTIC SHEET THINLY
  • CUT INTO 4 BIG SQUARES
  • PLACE A PORTION OF THE FILLING DIAGONALLY ON EACH BADAM SQUARE SHAPE EACH SQUARE INTO A CONE.
  • TAKE A SQUARE PIECE BADAM SQUARE
  • SERVE IT
