Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 litre grape exact


  • 2 kgs sugar


  • 2 tsp citric acid


  • 4 tsp grape essence


  • 1 litre water


  • 1 tsp sodium banzoate

Directions

  • Take ripple black graps remove steam and wash throughly
  • Add graps in boiling water upto it cooked keep and mash it well
  • Strain the grap extract keep aside
  • Take suger,citric acid and water stir upto suger bubble up
  • Make suger syrup to cool. thenadd greap syrup ,and grape essance mix well
  • Then take sodium benzoate dissolve in water add to squash mix well
  • Transfer it in to Strelized bottle store in Fridge.
  • Take 1/3 squash and remaining glass water mix well and serve chill.
