Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Grape Exact 1 litre

  • Sugar 2 kgs

  • Citric Acid 2 tsp

  • Grape Essence 4 tsp

  • water 1 litre

  • Sodium Banzoate 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take ripple black graps remove steam and wash throughly

  • 02

    Add graps in boiling water upto it cooked keep and mash it well

  • 03

    Strain the grap extract keep aside

  • 04

    Take suger,citric acid and water stir upto suger bubble up

  • 05

    Make suger syrup to cool. thenadd greap syrup ,and grape essance mix well

  • 06

    Then take sodium benzoate dissolve in water add to squash mix well

  • 07

    Transfer it in to Strelized bottle store in Fridge.

  • 08

    Take 1/3 squash and remaining glass water mix well and serve chill.
