Watermelon pieces 2 cups
Boiled and Peeled Beetroot Puree 1 cups
Orange Juice 1 cups
Minced Ginger 1 tsp
Vegetable Stock 2 cups
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cream 1/4 cups
Salt and Pepper as per taste 1 tsp
Ice Cubes,as required 5 nos
Take watermelon, beetroot puree and ginger in a mixing jar and blend it.
Add salt and black pepper.
Then add orange juice, vegetable stock, lemon juice and cream and blend it again for a while.
Soup is ready, serve in bowl with ice cube.
