Ingredients

  • Apple 12 nos

  • Gelatine 100 gms

  • Suger 1 cups

  • Jegarry 1 cups

Directions

    Peel the skin of apple and grind the pieces

  • 02

    In pan add eual amount of suger and jegarry make it like a syrup

  • 03

    Add apple paste and cook it well. Stir Continuesly

  • 04

    Then add Gelatine and cook upto it bubble.

  • 05

    when it little cool Tranfer into heavy glass bottles and wait upto it turns to room temprature. store it in fridge.

    Enjoy spreading red Velvet jam
