  • 12 nos apple


  • 100 gms gelatine


  • 1 cups suger


  • 1 cups jegarry

Directions

  • Peel the skin of apple and grind the pieces
  • In pan add eual amount of suger and jegarry make it like a syrup
  • Add apple paste and cook it well. Stir Continuesly
  • Then add Gelatine and cook upto it bubble.
  • when it little cool Tranfer into heavy glass bottles and wait upto it turns to room temprature. store it in fridge.
  • Enjoy spreading red Velvet jam
