  • Apple :peeled n chopped 1 nos

  • Carrot:Chopped 1 nos

  • Watermelon 4-5 nos

  • Cucumber:small peeled n chopped 1 nos

  • Red banana:peeled n chopped 1 nos

  • Ginger : small piece chopped 1 nos

  • Mint leaves 4-5 nos

  • Flax Seed Powder 1 tbsp

  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp

  • Honey 1 tbsp

  • Pink Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Cold Water 1 cups

Directions

    Blend all this together into a very fine paste.

    Top it with chia seeds.
