Ingredients

  • Apple : 1 peeled n chopped

  • Carrot: 1 chopped

  • Watermelon: 4 to 5 cubes

  • Cucumber: 1 small peeled n chopped

  • Red banana: 1 peeled n chopped

  • Ginger: 1 small piece chopped

  • Mint leaves: 4 to 5

  • Flax seed powder: 1 tbsp

  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp

  • Honey : 1tbsp

  • Pink salt: 1/4 tsp

  • Cold water: 1 cup

Directions

    Blend all this together into a very fine paste.

    Top it with chia seeds.

    Drink Chilled !!!
