Cucumber:small peeled n chopped 1 nos
Red banana:peeled n chopped 1 nos
Ginger : small piece chopped 1 nos
Mint leaves 4-5 nos
Flax Seed Powder 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Pink Salt 1/4 tsp
Cold Water 1 cups
Directions
Blend all this together into a very fine paste.
