Ingredients

  • 1 nos apple :peeled n chopped


  • 1 nos carrot:chopped


  • 4-5 nos watermelon


  • 1 nos cucumber:small peeled n chopped


  • 1 nos red banana:peeled n chopped


  • 1 nos ginger : small piece chopped


  • 4-5 nos mint leaves


  • 1 tbsp flax seed powder


  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1/4 tsp pink salt


  • 1 cups cold water

Directions

  • Blend all this together into a very fine paste.
  • Top it with chia seeds.
  • Drink Chilled !!!
