Ingredients

1 nos apple :peeled n chopped
1 nos carrot:chopped
4-5 nos watermelon
1 nos cucumber:small peeled n chopped
1 nos red banana:peeled n chopped
1 nos ginger : small piece chopped
4-5 nos mint leaves
1 tbsp flax seed powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 cups cold water
Directions
Blend all this together into a very fine paste.
Top it with chia seeds.
Drink Chilled !!!
