In a small bowl take 2 tesp coffee powder and 4 tbsp of sugar.
Add a tesp of water and beat vigorously.
As it starts getting creamy add few more drops of water and keep whisking until light, creamy and volumize.
Put the creamy mixture in two glasses equally.
Add 2 tbsp milk to each glass and mix well.
Fill glasses with chilled milk.
Top with vanilla ice cream scoop.
Top with coffee sauce and serve chilled.
For coffee sauce boil together 1 tesp coffee powder, 2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon stick and 1/4 cup of water till frothy. let it cool down for half an hour and it's ready to use.
