Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 tbsp almond sherbet concentrate -roohafza


  • 500 ml chilled water as required


  • 2 tbsp for the almond sherbet concentrate -soaked almond paste


  • 1 tbsp melon seeds


  • 1/2 cups sugar syrup ( 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup water)


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 7-8 nos ice cubes

Directions

  • Make a paste of almonds, melon and poppy seeds.
  • Heat the sugar until you get a one string consistency.
  • Mix the paste in it and once it thickens, cool it and make this tempting badam rooh e shireen.
  • Blend all and serve chilled.
  • Use ice cubes liberally.
  • This is an exquisite drink comprising of Almond sherbet and Roohafza, the most popular rose petal concentrate. I combined these two eternal favourites to create this magic potion.
