Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cups almonds soaked


  • 2 1/2 tbsp green cardamoms


  • 2 cups sugar(1 cup each for cardamom sherbet and 1 for almond sherbet)


  • 1 tbsp melon seeds


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 1/2 cups water for both seperately


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Make sugar syrup of one string consistency with one cup each separately for both.
  • Make a paste of almonds, poppy and melon seeds.
  • Also in a pot, boil about 1 cup of water with the cardamoms for 5 mins.
  • Strain and keep aside to cool.
  • Add this to the sugar syrup once cooled, a dash of lemon juice also if desired.
  • To the other sugar syrup, add the almond paste and boil on low flame until it thickens a little.
  • Let it cool.
  • For the mixing part, just take two tbsp of almond sherbet and half of the cardamom sherbet, mix well and serve chilled with icecubes as desired.
  • This measurement makes 2 glasses.
  • Awesome combo of two superfoods at it's best.
