Ingredients

  • Raw Mangoes 4-5 nos


  • Sugar 150 gms


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Water 1 litre

Directions

  • Wash raw mangoes and pressure cook them for 8 to 9 whistles with 2 cups of water.
  • After done, remove the seeds, scrape and blend the pulp.
  • To this pulp, add water mentioned in the ingredients list and mix in the salt.
  • Yummy raw mango drink is ready to serve.
  • Serve it chilled.
  • Soothing drink in summers. Favourite of every Hyderabadi. Perfect thirst quencher. It's also called as Kairi Ka Sharbat.
