  • 9 litchies
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Deseed litchi and blend the flesh untill smooth
  • Take the puree and add water, lemon juice, sugar and stirr well.
  • Add ice cubes and serve chilled with mint leaves
