Ingredients

  • Curd 1 bowls

  • Hing 1/4 tsp

  • Rock Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Pudina Leaves 2-3 nos

  • Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cold water 1 bowls

Directions

    In mixer jar add curd, water , jeera powder, hing and salt.

    Now blend it.

  • 03

    Garnish it with few chopped mint leaves.

  • 04

    I have added hing because it is good for digestion.
