Ingredients

  • 1 bowls curd


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp rock salt


  • 2-3 nos chopped pudina leaves


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 bowls cold water

Directions

  • In mixer jar add curd, water , jeera powder, hing and salt.
  • Now blend it.
  • Garnish it with few chopped mint leaves.
  • I have added hing because it is good for digestion.
