Curd 1 bowls
Hing 1/4 tsp
Rock Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped Pudina Leaves 2-3 nos
Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Cold water 1 bowls
Directions
In mixer jar add curd, water , jeera powder, hing and salt.
Now blend it.
Garnish it with few chopped mint leaves.
I have added hing because it is good for digestion.
