Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin puree


  • 1/4 cups cold full fat milk


  • Yoghurt1/4 cups cold yoghurt


  • 1 nos frozen ripe banana


  • 1/2 tbsp honey


  • 10-12 nos cashews


  • 3-4 nos ice cubes


  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnishing


  • 1 tsp silvered almonds for garnish

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
  • Pour in serving glass, garnish with cinnamon and almonds. Serve cold
