1/4 cups pumpkin puree
1/4 cups cold full fat milk
Yoghurt1/4 cups cold yoghurt
1 nos frozen ripe banana
1/2 tbsp honey
10-12 nos cashews
3-4 nos ice cubes
1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnishing
1 tsp silvered almonds for garnish
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Pour in serving glass, garnish with cinnamon and almonds. Serve cold
