Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup cold full fat milk

  • 1/4 cold yoghurt

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 10-12 cashews

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish

  • 1 tsp slivered almonds for garnish

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy

    Pour in serving glass, garnish with cinnamon and almonds. Serve cold
