First mix corn flour in half cup milk
Mix Rest of milk & sugar
Let it boil then add corn flour mixture into the boiled milk & stir well
Cook the mixture till that turn in a thicken consistency
Then off the gas & let the mixture cool down
Divide into 2 parts the mixture
Add coco powder to a part of the mixture
Then fill the popcicle moulds with the half Layar of chocolate mixture and upper part with plain white mixture
Keep in fridge for 6 hours then unmould & serve
