Serves 2

  • Beal plup 1 cups

  • malai or cream 1/4 cups

  • milk powder 5 tsp

  • venilla essence 3-4 drop

  • powder sugar or as per taste 3-4 tsp

    Remove the seeds from beal/wood Apple

  • 02

    Put same water aprox 1glass and mash the bael plup with hands

  • 03

    Now strain the plup

  • 04

    Pour the plup in the ice try and cover with lid or foil

  • 05

    Put it into freezer and set it

  • 06

    When plup become set take out from the fridge

  • 07

    Put these Beal cube in to mixer jar and blend it

  • 08

    You may use beater also for blending the cubes

    Now add milk powder,Sugar and venilla essence and blend evenly

  • 10

    Taste the mixture and add sugar if it is less

  • 11

    At last add malai or cream and blend for few seconds otherwise malai turns in to butter

  • 12

    Pour this ice cream mixture into iceceam mould or kulfi mould and set it into freezer.for6 to 8 hrs

  • 13

    Check it either it will set or not

  • 14

    If not put some more time into freezer

  • 15

    Garnish Beal ice cream with mint leaves and serve
