Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Condensed Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Mango pulp 2 cups

  • Chilled Amul fresh cream packet 1 nos

  • Pistachios to garnish 8-9 nos

  • Vanilla Essence 1 drop

Directions

    Take a big mixing bowl.

  • 02

    Add Chilled cream into bowl and whipped with help of beater till cream form peaks.

  • 03

    Now add condensed milk , vanilla essence and mango pulp to cream and mix gently.

  • 04

    Now transfer mixture into airtight container., and put into freeze for 3 to 4 hours.

  • 05

    Now after 4 hours Mango icecream is ready to eat and serve.

  • 06

    Garnish with chooped pistachios.
