Condensed Milk 1 1/2 cups
Mango pulp 2 cups
Chilled Amul fresh cream packet 1 nos
Pistachios to garnish 8-9 nos
Vanilla Essence 1 drop
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add Chilled cream into bowl and whipped with help of beater till cream form peaks.
Now add condensed milk , vanilla essence and mango pulp to cream and mix gently.
Now transfer mixture into airtight container., and put into freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
Now after 4 hours Mango icecream is ready to eat and serve.
Garnish with chooped pistachios.
