Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 2 cups mango pulp


  • 1 nos chilled amul fresh cream packet


  • 8-9 nos pistachios to garnish


  • 1 drop vanilla essence

Directions

  • Take a big mixing bowl.
  • Add Chilled cream into bowl and whipped with help of beater till cream form peaks.
  • Now add condensed milk , vanilla essence and mango pulp to cream and mix gently.
  • Now transfer mixture into airtight container., and put into freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now after 4 hours Mango icecream is ready to eat and serve.
  • Garnish with chooped pistachios.
