Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups milk powder for milkmaid


  • 1/4 cups icing sugar


  • 1/4 cups warm water


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 litre milk for kulfi


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder

Directions

  • Method of milkmaid mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins your milkmaid is ready
  • Take one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling add and elaichi powder.
  • when it is boiled put it on low flame and boil it for about 20 mins.
  • now add cornflour in one cup milk and mix it properly see that there are no lumps.
  • now add this to the boiling milk add sugar and boil for 5mins now add milkmaid and let it boil till sumtimeor till you find the consistency have become thick.
  • keep it for cooling when it cools down pour it in kulfi mould and freeze it. it will take atleast 8/9 hours for setting...serve chilled.
