  • milk powder for milkmaid 1/2 cups

  • icing sugar 1/4 cups

  • warm water 1/4 cups

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • milk for kulfi 1 litre

  • sugar 6 tbsp

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • elaichi powder 1 tsp

    Method of milkmaid mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins your milkmaid is ready

    Take one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling add and elaichi powder.

    when it is boiled put it on low flame and boil it for about 20 mins.

    now add cornflour in one cup milk and mix it properly see that there are no lumps.

    now add this to the boiling milk add sugar and boil for 5mins now add milkmaid and let it boil till sumtimeor till you find the consistency have become thick.

    keep it for cooling when it cools down pour it in kulfi mould and freeze it. it will take atleast 8/9 hours for setting...serve chilled.
