  • 1 litre milk

  • 1 cups mango pulp

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 4 tbsp milk powder

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp mango essence


  • Mix cornflour and milk powder in 1 cup milk and keep aside
  • Boil 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottom pan ..after the 1st boil put on low flame .Now add the cornflour paste and sugar and keep stirring contiuously to avoid getting lumps ..
  • Boil for 4-5 mins.Remove from fire and cool ..freeze it for 3-4 hours..Your base is ready.
  • Take the base an whisk it well with a beater..till it is fluffy and smooth..
  • Now add the mango pulp and essence and beat again for few mins..freeze it till done ....Serve chilled
