Ingredients

Serves 10

  • milk 1 litre

  • mango pulp 1 cups

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • milk powder 4 tbsp

  • sugar 6 tbsp

  • mango essence 1 tsp

Directions

    Mix cornflour and milk powder in 1 cup milk and keep aside

    Boil 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottom pan ..after the 1st boil put on low flame .Now add the cornflour paste and sugar and keep stirring contiuously to avoid getting lumps ..

    Boil for 4-5 mins.Remove from fire and cool ..freeze it for 3-4 hours..Your base is ready.

    Take the base an whisk it well with a beater..till it is fluffy and smooth..

    Now add the mango pulp and essence and beat again for few mins..freeze it till done ....Serve chilled
