Ingredients

  • milk 1/2 litre

  • bananas 2 nos

  • apple 1 nos

  • fresh cream 2 tbsp

  • sugar 2 tbsp

  • any chocolate drink ( boost bournvita or chocolate horlicks) 3 tbsp

  • kaju badam cut into small pieces for garnishing 2 tbsp

    A very soothing n healthy shake specially for kids who dont like to drink milk...

    Cut bananas and apples into small pieces

  • 03

    Put all the things in a big container except milk quantity put 1/2 of it n blend it for 5 mins..

    Once you get a smooth paste add the remaining milk and blend again .Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with chopped almonds and kaju.
