Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups jaggery powdered


  • 3 nos strawberry


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1/8 tsp elachi/cardamom powder


  • 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder/sukku


  • 1/16 tsp salt


  • 2 1/2 cups water


  • 8-10 nos thulasi/holy basil leaves

Directions

  • Dissolve the jaggery in water, to this,squeeze lemon,add powdered elachi,dry ginger powder,salt nutmeg powder , few tulasi leaves and grounded strawberry paste.
  • Filter the mixture using a strainer, add the remaining thulasi leaves if desired, as it adds more flavour.
  • Serve chilled
  • 1.I stored it in earthen pot to keep it chill..2.You can add generous pinch of edible camphor to it.3.Can add extra strawberry as you like.
