Jaggery powdered 1/2 cups
Strawberry 3 nos
lemon 1 nos
Elachi/cardamom powder 1/8 tsp
Dry ginger powder/sukku 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/16 tsp
Water 2 1/2 cups
Thulasi/holy basil leaves 8-10 nos
Dissolve the jaggery in water, to this,squeeze lemon,add powdered elachi,dry ginger powder,salt nutmeg powder , few tulasi leaves and grounded strawberry paste.
Filter the mixture using a strainer, add the remaining thulasi leaves if desired, as it adds more flavour.
1.I stored it in earthen pot to keep it chill..2.You can add generous pinch of edible camphor to it.3.Can add extra strawberry as you like.
