Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Jaggery powdered 1/2 cups

  • Strawberry 3 nos

  • lemon 1 nos

  • Elachi/cardamom powder 1/8 tsp

  • Dry ginger powder/sukku 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/16 tsp

  • Water 2 1/2 cups

  • Thulasi/holy basil leaves 8-10 nos

Directions

    Dissolve the jaggery in water, to this,squeeze lemon,add powdered elachi,dry ginger powder,salt nutmeg powder , few tulasi leaves and grounded strawberry paste.

    Filter the mixture using a strainer, add the remaining thulasi leaves if desired, as it adds more flavour.

    Serve chilled

    1.I stored it in earthen pot to keep it chill..2.You can add generous pinch of edible camphor to it.3.Can add extra strawberry as you like.
