Ingredients

  • unboiled milk(tetra pack) 500 ml

  • jaggery 500 gms

  • Rasini 1/2 cups

  • ripe mango peeled and chopped 1 nos

  • apple finely chopped 1 nos

  • banana chopped 2 nos

  • Cheese cottage 1/2 cups

  • grated khova/mava 1/4 cups

  • grated ginger 1 tbsp

  • black pepper crushed 1/4 tsp

  • green Cardamom crushed 2 nos

  • cloves crushed 2 nos

  • nutmeg 1 pinch

  • small pinch edible camphor 1 nos

  • Roasted chickpeas flour 2 tbsp

  • grated coconut 1/2 cups

  • water 500 ml

Directions

    In large mixing bowl add water and jaggery,till jaggery dissolves completely

  • 02

    Then add ripe banana, chickpeas flour, grated ginger and grated coconut and mix thoroughly

  • 03

    Then add milk and cottage cheese and give a mix with a ladle.

    Niw add chopped mangoes and apple and mix.

  • 05

    Now time flavour the drink with all crushed Cardamom, cloves and edible camphor and mix it.

    Garnish with crushed black pepper and nutmeg powder before drink
