Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml unboiled milk(tetra pack)


  • 500 gms jaggery


  • 1/2 cups rasini


  • 1 nos ripe mango peeled and chopped


  • 1 nos apple finely chopped


  • 2 nos banana chopped


  • 1/2 cups cheese cottage


  • 1/4 cups grated khova/mava


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper crushed


  • 2 nos green cardamom crushed


  • 2 nos cloves crushed


  • 1 pinch nutmeg


  • 1 nos small pinch edible camphor


  • 2 tbsp roasted chickpeas flour


  • 1/2 cups grated coconut


  • 500 ml water

Directions

  • In large mixing bowl add water and jaggery,till jaggery dissolves completely
  • Then add ripe banana, chickpeas flour, grated ginger and grated coconut and mix thoroughly
  • Then add milk and cottage cheese and give a mix with a ladle.
  • Niw add chopped mangoes and apple and mix.
  • Now time flavour the drink with all crushed Cardamom, cloves and edible camphor and mix it.
  • Garnish with crushed black pepper and nutmeg powder before drink
