  • Milk 1 1/2 litre

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • milk powder 4 tbsp

  • Sugar 8 tbsp

  • GMS Powder 2 tbsp

  • Stabilizere 1/4 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Vanilla Ice-cream scoops 2 nos

  • mango milk shake 2 cups

  • finely chopped mangoes 1/4 cups

  • chopped almonds & kaju 2 tbsp

    Mango mastani is rich and satisfying as a dessert. you will be blown away with the simplicity and ease with which its made as well with its rich intense mango flavor. mastani is a dessert drink which originated in pune and is very popular. basically mastani is a thick milk shake with ice cream.

    Recipe of icecream.Firstly take 1 cup of cold .milk add cornflour milk powder G.M.S powder and stablizere.Mix it well and keep aside.

    Now take a heavy bottom pan and boil 1 litre milk..when it comes to boiling lower the flame and let it boil for 5 mins.

    Now add the cornflour milk mix it well.see that there are no lumps.boil it for few mins or till you get a bit thick consistency.Off the flame and let it cool.

    Now add the vanilla essence and freeze it for 3_4 hours

    After 3_4 hours remove the icecream and keep out for 5_6 mins . Let it become little soft .

    Now with the knife cut into pieces and whisk it well till your mixture becomes nice soft fluffy and double the quantity..

    Pour the mixture in a air tight container and again freeze for 7_8 hours or till it is well set.

    #Recipe_for_milkshakeTake 2 mangoes peel and cut it i to small pieces.put in a juicer jar and blend it till you get a paste now add a glass full of milk and again blend it nicely for 3_4 mins.Your mango shake is ready.

    #How_to_serve_mastani.Take a big glass..Put some mango pieces dry fruit..now put the mango shake.Put a scoop of vanilla icecream..again put some mango pieces and dry fruits . Serve chilled..
