milk 1 litre
Paneer (Chenna) 100 gms
Coconut powder 2 tsp
Sugar (or according to your taste) 5-6 tsp
Pear (babbugosha) finely chopped 1 nos
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 cups
Boil milk in a pan. Once milk start boiling add grated paneer. Stir continuously. Boil till thick consistency. Once Milk reduces 1/4 th Add sugar. Cook it again until sugar dissolve. Now milk reduces 1/3 rd. Switch off gas. Let it cool down.
Keep in freezer for 2 hours. Remove it from fridge after 2 hours. Blend it with blender. Keep it again in freezer. Repeat the process 2-3 times. Now add coconut powder & chopped fruits. Mix well.
Add some pomegranate & pear pieces in kulfi mould first then pour kulfi batter. Keep it in freezer for 4-5 hours.
Once kulfi freezed demould them and serve.
