gram dhal 1cup
urd dhal 1cup
salt 1tspn(as required)
turmeric powder 1/2tspn
onion 5
green chilly 8
garlic 10pods
garam masala 1/4tspn
oil 500ml
Directions
soak gram dhal &urd dhal in water for an hour
strain them and grind coarsest and add cut onions,green chilly,salt,turmeric powder,crushed garlic along with the peel,chopped coriander leaves,garam masala =mix it and make vada shape
put in the heated oil and fry it and enjoy it 😊
