Making thandai masala :-
Mix all ingredients mention in thandai masala and blend to a smooth powder.
Making thandai:-
In a pan add milk and sugar.
Bring it to a boil .
Add thandai powder.
Mix well and boil it for 5 minutes
Off the flame.
Cool the thandai to room temperature.
Sieve it through a siever.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Once it is chilled,pour it into glasses.
Top with some saffron strands, chopped pistachio and rose petals.
Serve chilled
