Serves : 2
  • 1 cups grated tender coconut

  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly

  • 4 nos garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste appx

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 4 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 250 ml water

  • 1 cups ice cubes

  • 8 nos kokam petals


  • In a blender, take grated coconut, green chilly garlic cloves, salt, sugar and half glass of water
  • Blend well till smooth puree
  • Strain it through a strainer by pressing gently through a spoon
  • Now again take this stained coconut mixture , add some more water and blend it again till smooth puree
  • Repeat the process will , coconut milk extracted
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and kokam petals (tangy tangy flower petals)
  • Add some ice cubes , and serve chilled in tall glasses
