In a blender, take grated coconut, green chilly garlic cloves, salt, sugar and half glass of water
Blend well till smooth puree
Strain it through a strainer by pressing gently through a spoon
Now again take this stained coconut mixture , add some more water and blend it again till smooth puree
Repeat the process will , coconut milk extracted
Add chopped coriander leaves and kokam petals (tangy tangy flower petals)
Add some ice cubes , and serve chilled in tall glasses
