Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Grated tender coconut 1 cups

  • Chopped green chilly 1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves 4 nos

  • Salt to taste appx 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander leaves 4 tsp

  • Water 250 ml

  • Ice cubes 1 cups

  • Kokam petals 8 nos

Directions

    In a blender, take grated coconut, green chilly garlic cloves, salt, sugar and half glass of water

  • 02

    Blend well till smooth puree

  • 03

    Strain it through a strainer by pressing gently through a spoon

  • 04

    Now again take this stained coconut mixture , add some more water and blend it again till smooth puree

    Repeat the process will , coconut milk extracted

  • 06

    Add chopped coriander leaves and kokam petals (tangy tangy flower petals)

    Add some ice cubes , and serve chilled in tall glasses
