Boil Milk Along With Cardamon & Kesar Till Reduced To Three Fourth.
Add Sugar Mix It Well.
Mix Cornflour In Some Milk , Gradually Add To The Boiling Milk, Stir Continuously.
Add Chopped Pista And Milk Powder Mix It Well. Remove From Fire And Let It Cool.
Now Add The Beaten Fresh Cream & Kewra Essence.
Beat The Whole Mixture With Elevtric Beater For 1 Minute.
Now Pour The Mixture In The Kulfi Moulds, Tap It And Close Tightly And Freeze For 6 To 7 Hours.
Serve Chilled With Faluda Or As It Is.
