Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 ml milk


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups cream


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp milk powder


  • 2 tbsp pista


  • 2 nos cardamon


  • 4-5 nos kesar strips few

Directions

  • Boil Milk Along With Cardamon & Kesar Till Reduced To Three Fourth.
  • Add Sugar Mix It Well.
  • Mix Cornflour In Some Milk , Gradually Add To The Boiling Milk, Stir Continuously.
  • Add Chopped Pista And Milk Powder Mix It Well. Remove From Fire And Let It Cool.
  • Now Add The Beaten Fresh Cream & Kewra Essence.
  • Beat The Whole Mixture With Elevtric Beater For 1 Minute.
  • Now Pour The Mixture In The Kulfi Moulds, Tap It And Close Tightly And Freeze For 6 To 7 Hours.
  • Serve Chilled With Faluda Or As It Is.
