Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 12 nos kokam or malabar tamarind


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tsp lemon


  • 1 tsp black salt or regular salt


  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • Soak kokam in warn water for 1 hour.In a pan add sugar and some water, stir till sugar dissolves.
  • Strain kokam juice and stir till you get a syrup consistency
  • Switch off heat and let it cool
  • Take a glass , add ice cubes and 3-4 tsp kokam sharbat.Serve chilled to quench thirst in summers.
