3 ripe bananas
4-5 cubes Paneer / cottage cheese
2 tbsp Peanuts roasted
8-10 piece Raisins (kismish)
250 ml Milk
4 tsp sugar
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a Mixer jar. Chill it out for 1 hour in freezer or add crushed ice.
Serve chilled yummy & nutritious healthy shake. Relish it with raisins & crushed roasted peanuts.
Enjoy shake full of protein, calcium & carbohydrates.
