Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 nos ripe mango peeled and chopped


  • 4 tbsp condensed milk


  • 4 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp gelatin


  • 1/4 cups hot water

Directions

  • Place the mango cubes in blender and then add the condensed milk and fresh cream; blend until very smooth
  • Add gelatin to hot water and stir gelatin dissolve completely.
  • Mix mango mixture with gelatine mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Transfer to desired moulds and refrigerate for 30mins
