Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Full Fat Milk 1 litre

  • Custard Powder(any flavour) 5 tsp

  • Sugar(as per taste) 5-6 tbsp

  • Cardamom (powdered) 4-5 nos

  • Nutmeg(Jaiphal) 1 pinch

  • Banana(chopped in small pieces) 1 nos

  • Apple,chopped 1 nos

  • Pomegranate Kernals 1/2 nos

  • Raisins 15-20 nos

  • Almonds 8-10 nos

  • Cashews 8-10 nos

  • Pistachio 8-10 nos

Directions

    Boil milk until it remains 3/4. Add sugar. Mix well. Simmer the gas.

    Take one bowl add 5-6 tbsp milk & custard powder. Mix well.

    Add in boiling milk. Stir well until no lumps

  • 04

    Add cardamom, nutmeg & dry fruits. (keep a side some dry fruits for garnish.) boil it for 2-3 minutes.

    Custard is ready. Turn off gas.

    Let it cool on room temperature.

    Now add chopped fruits. & keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.

  • 08

    Serve chilled fruit custard garnish with Dry fruits.
