Serves 2

  • Custard Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Full Fat Milk 2 cups.

  • Cream 2 tsp

  • Castor Sugar 1 tbsp

    Reserve some milk in a bowk and Boil remaining milk in a large vessel.

    Add custard powder in reserved milk and mix it well

    When milk starts boiling add sugar, custard powder and let it simmer on low flame

  • 04

    Add cream and keep stirring till you get a dosa batter consistensy.

    Let it cool and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Blend it again and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Repeat this step twice to avoid ice formation and get a smooth texture.

    Set it in mini glasses and deciorate with jellies. Serve chilled.

  • 07

    You can use chocolate syrup to garnish.
