Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Whipping Cream 1.5 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Mango Purée 1/2 cups

  • Pineapple Purée 1/2 cups

  • Strawberry Purée 1/2 cups

  • Chopped Pistachios (To garnish) 1 tbsp

  • Sliced Pineapple (To garnish) 1/4 cups

  • Sliced Strawberry (To garnish) 14/4 cups

  • Strawberry (For Purée) 1 cups

  • Pineapple (For Purée) 1 cups

  • Mango (For Purée) 1 cups

Directions

    Powder the sugar in mixer keep aside.

    Mix the cornflour in cold water dissolve and keep aside

  • 03

    In a heavy bottomed vessel heat the milk when it start to boil add dissolved cornflour mix

  • 04

    let it boil add 1/4 cup powdered sugar and let it sim for 3-4 minutes and pour the mix in a vessel.

    Cool it completely keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes

    Meanwhile whip the cream with leftover powdered sugar still soft peaks form

    Then add the cooled milk & cornflour mix mix well

    Again whisk well in hand mixer throughly.Basic Icecream Mix Ready.

    Pour the Basic Icecream Mix in three container

    Blend the strawberry in mixer or blender using strainer filter the waste.Strawberry Purée Ready

    Blend the pineapple in blender or mixer filter the waste using strainer.Pineapple Purée Ready

    Blend the mangoes in blender or mixer filter the waste using strainer.Mango Purée Ready.

    Take the one portion of Basic Icecream mix and add Strawberry purée using hand mixer mix well.

    Take the one portion of basic Icecream Mix and add pineapple purée using hand mixer mix well.

    Take the one portion of basic Icecream Mix and add mango purée using hand mixer mix well

    Pour all three Icecream Mix in freezer safe box & keep in freezer for 1 hour.

    Take the Icecream container after 1 hour again using hand mixer mix thoroughly.

    Close the lid and kept in freezer after mixing.Let it be in freezer for 12 hours or overnight

    Take the Icecream box after 12 hours from freezer strawberry ice cream, pineapple icecream & manago Icecream Ready To Serve

  • 20

    Garnish the fruit icecream with nuts and sliced fruit and Serve.Homemade fruit icecream Ready
