Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 cups home made paneer (cottage cheese)


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp elachi powder


  • 5-6 nos almonds chopped for garnishing


  • 7-8 nos saffron

  • Take 1 cup cold milk add milk powder in it. and keep the rest milk for boiling in a heavy botton pan adding sugar and elaichi powder
  • When your milk starts boiling add the powdered milk and keep stirribg for few mins .
  • See that there are no lumps.Now add the cottage cheese (paneer) and mix well.
  • Boil till you get a little thick consistency.Off the flame and let it cool.
  • Transfer it to a setting bowl and freeze it for 7_8 hours or till it is set.
  • When it is set remove from freezer and keep it out for mins and overturn the dish .Garnish with almonds cut into slices and serve chilled.
