milk 1/2 litre
home made paneer (cottage cheese) 1 cups
milk powder 2 tbsp
sugar 6 tbsp
elachi powder 1 tsp
almonds chopped for garnishing 5-6 nos
saffron 7-8 nos
Take 1 cup cold milk add milk powder in it. and keep the rest milk for boiling in a heavy botton pan adding sugar and elaichi powder
When your milk starts boiling add the powdered milk and keep stirribg for few mins .
See that there are no lumps.Now add the cottage cheese (paneer) and mix well.
Boil till you get a little thick consistency.Off the flame and let it cool.
Transfer it to a setting bowl and freeze it for 7_8 hours or till it is set.
When it is set remove from freezer and keep it out for mins and overturn the dish .Garnish with almonds cut into slices and serve chilled.
