Tea leaves 1 1/2 tsp
water 250 ml
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Mint leaves 15 nos
Lemon sliced horizontally 1 nos
Crushed Ice 2 cups
mint sprigs for the garnish 2 nos
Take a pan, add water, sugar and boil it till sugar dissolve completely.
Add tea leaves and mint leaves and boil it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
Strain it and keep it aside to cool.
Take a serving glass, rub lemon slice on the rim of the glass and coat it with sugar Add crushed ice and lemon slices to the glass.
Then add lemon juice and strained tea in the glass.
Garnish with a mint leaf and lemon slices
Serve chilled and enjoy
