Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp namak


  • 3/4 tsp kala namak


  • 2 tbsp glucose powder


  • 1/2 tsp bhuna zeera


  • 1/2 tsp citric acid


  • 1/2 tbsp kala khatta emulsion

Directions

  • Add all the ingrediants in a grinding jar, grind it until all the ingrediants become fine powder,
  • Take a glass of chilled water with ice add 2 tbsp of kala khatta emulsion.
  • Mix well kala khatta cooler is ready to beat the heat.
