  • 1 litre milk

  • 10 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp gms powder

  • 1/4 tsp cmc powder

  • 3 tbsp corn flour

  • 3 tbsp milk powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essense

  • 100 gms amul cream

  • 1 tbsp dry fruits


  • Keep 2 cups cold milk aside and add sugar to the remaining milk and keep it to boil.
  • Take 1 cup chilled milk and add GMS,cmc and corn flour powder and mix it well.
  • Now take the other 1cup chilled milk and add milk powder to it and mix it well.
  • Now add these to cup of milk to the boilng milk and mix them well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and mix it.
  • Keep on mixing the milk,so that the milk wont get stick on to pan.
  • When the milk gets boiled and becomes half of it, switch off the gas.
  • Now keep it cool in room temperature.After that keep it in freezer for 3 hours.
  • After freezing add amuk cream and beatbit using a beater
  • Again keep it in freezer for 3 hours and after taking it out,beat it well.
  • Now you the ice cream becomes double in size and now add dry fruits to it.
  • After that beat it again and keep it aluminium or plasic box and keep in freezer.
  • Ice cream is ready within 7-8 hours.
  • Serve it in bowls
