Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups mango pulp


  • 1/4 cups honey


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp mint leaves for garnishing


  • 1 cups ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine honey along with water and cook on medium heat until the honey dissolves.
  • Remove from heat and allow it to cool down
  • Now combine mango pulp, lemon juice and honey syrup in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer the mango lemonade into a glass jar and keep in fridge for 1-2hrs.
  • Pour the chilled mango lemonade in glasses,sliced lemon circles and garnished with mint leaves.
  • Add ice cubes just before serving.
