Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos nungu or palm fruit peeled


  • 4 tbsp sarsaparilla syrup


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 2 cups chilled water

Directions

  • Chop nungu or palm fruit into small pieces
  • In 2 tall glasses add cut nungu pieces.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sarsaparilla syrup in each glass
  • Add 1 cup of chilled water and
  • Squeeze half lemon in each glass
  • Stir with a spoon and serve immediately.
  • Palm fruit is well known for its cooling effects and it is available in summer only
