Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Milk 2 cups


  • Cashews 1/2 tbsp.


  • Pepper corn 1 tsp


  • Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp


  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp


  • Poppy Seed 1 tsp


  • Watermelon Seeds 1 tsp


  • Sugar 2-4 tsp


  • Ice Cubes 2 cups


  • Kesar 4-5 nos


  • Pistachios 5-6 nos


  • Almonds 5-6 nos

Directions

  • Grind all spices in a mixer and make smooth powder.
  • Boil milk and add sugar. Stir till the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the spice mix and stir let it simmer on low heat
  • Add kesar strands and switch of the burner
  • Let it cool down and pour in a glass , serve with lot of ice .
  • Best drink for summers.
