Ingredients

  • 1 cups cold curd
  • 120 ml cream (cold)
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 4-5 nos ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds, pista, dried rose petals

Directions

  • Whisk curd and cream well
  • Add rose syrup, sugar and icecubes. Mix thoroughly
  • Pour in cold serving glass. Garnish with almonds, pistachio and rose petals. serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later
