Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Barnyard millet (kutharaivali ) 100 gms

  • Kodo millet ( varagu) 100 gms

  • Foxtail millet ( thinai ) 100 gms

  • Little Millet(saamai) 100 gms

  • Fresh Cream 20 ml

  • Condensed milk 200 ml

  • Jaggery 1 cups

Directions

    Take all the millets together.

  • 02

    Dry roast them in a dry pan .

  • 03

    Wash once . Then cook then in boiling water until they are soft.To this add Jaggery ,Once the Jaggery. Melts completely , chilli it.

    Then cool and make a smooth paste of this in food processor.

    To the cooled smooth paste add fresh cream and condensed milk.

    Mix them well and transfer to a ice cream tray or any air tight container .

    Freeze it overnight.

    The next day scoop them and serve....
