Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms barnyard millet (kutharaivali )


  • 100 gms kodo millet ( varagu)


  • 100 gms foxtail millet ( thinai )


  • 100 gms little millet(saamai)


  • 20 ml fresh cream


  • 200 ml condensed milk


  • 1 cups jaggery

Directions

  • Take all the millets together.
  • Dry roast them in a dry pan .
  • Wash once . Then cook then in boiling water until they are soft.To this add Jaggery ,Once the Jaggery. Melts completely , chilli it.
  • Then cool and make a smooth paste of this in food processor.
  • To the cooled smooth paste add fresh cream and condensed milk.
  • Mix them well and transfer to a ice cream tray or any air tight container .
  • Freeze it overnight.
  • The next day scoop them and serve....
