Ingredients
Serves 8
milk 1/2 litre
coffee 2 tbsp
cornflour 2 tbsp
milkmaid 200 gms
G.M.S powder 2 tbsp
stablizere 1/4 tsp
vanilla essence 1 tsp
chocolate sauce for topping 2 tbsp
chocochips 1 tbsp
icing sugar ings for milkmaid 3/4 cups
milk powder 3/4 cups
warm milk 1/4 cups
Directions
Firstly we will make milkmaid..mix all the ingredients mentioned for milkmaid and whisk it for 5_6 mins your milkmaid is ready.
Now take a cup put coffee, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water and keep stirring it nicely till sugar dissolves and you get a thick paste.
Now take 1 cup of cold .milk add cornflour G.M.S powder and stablizere.Mix it well and keep aside.
Now take a heavy bottom pan and 1/2 litre milk..when it comes to boiling lower the flame add the cornflour milk mix it well.see that there are no lumps.boil it for few mins.
Now add milkmaid keep stirring to avoid burning. Now finally add the coffee paste mix it well. Let it boil for 2_3 mins.
Off the flame.let it cool completely.Add the vanilla essence mix it well.Now if you want transfer the mixture into another pan and freeze it for 4_5 hours.
You can freeze the same pan in which you have the mixture if it fits in your freezer.After 5 hours remove and keep out for 5_6 mins . Let it become little soft .
Now with the knife cut into pieces and whisk it well till your mixture becomes nice soft fluffy and double the quantit
Pour the mixture in a air tight container and again freeze for 7_8 hours or till it is well set.
While serving scoop the icecream in a serving bowl top some chocolate syrup and choco chips.
