  • 150 gms anjeer (figs)

  • 2 cups milk

  • 5 tbsp sugar or 3 tbsp honey

    Wash the figs and peel off the skin. Cut them into pieces and keep it aside.

    Add the chopped fig pieces into a blender along with sugar and 1/4 cup milk. Blend it nicely till it forms a smooth paste.

    Now add the rest of the chilled milk and blend it nicely once more. Blend it till it becomes smooth and foamy.

  • 04

    Pour the milkshake to a serving glass and serve immediately. U can serve with a scoop of icecream.
